Itria is a fine dining Italian restaurant in San Francisco's Mission district focused on handmade pastas, crudos, and seasonal dishes using locally-sourced ingredients. We are seeking an experienced organized, hard-working line cook to join our team. We have a solid, experienced core crew and are looking to a add one moreteam members to round things out. Basic job requirements: -Ability to multitask and perform under the pressure of restaurant service. -Work and communicate with other team members. -Strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and attention to detail. -1-2 years of experience required, hot line experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate We want cooks looking to work hard, learn, and improve every day. We seek to provide a positive, educational, and challenging environment where you can grow and thrive. Pay is based on experience and will include a portion of the tip pool.
